What You Will Be Doing:
The YES Warranty Coordinator responsibility is to review data related to claims including process and payment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides effective and timely communication to both internal and external customers, providing relevant updates throughout the repair and warranty claim process.
Works closely with Service department(s), as well as manufacturer(s) to open and effectively manage warranty work orders and claims.
Accurately opens work orders including all related codes for internal and external work orders.
Ensures approval is given for all parts, labor and miscellaneous charges by the customer and/or manufacturer during the repair process.
Organize invoices, request and obtain required approvals, submit payment requests to Accounting
Arrange conference calls, scheduling meetings and document meeting minutes and decisions
Reviews and reconciles Field Service technician time.
Ensures service reports match repairs completed and covered before closing work orders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Who We Are Looking For: Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of customer service, relationship building, and/or sales experience.
3-5 years of equipment parts/service experience preferred.
1 year of warranty experience preferred.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
