Schedule

• Full-time
• 5 days a week

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior front office experience, preferably in a dental or customer service setting
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Familiarity with Open Dental software
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment planning, prior authorizations, and Medicaid/PPO insurance plans
• Good phone etiquette and familiar with multi-line phones
