Business Operating Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support Our Customers
– Greet, assist, and provide solutions with a smile, both in-person and over the phone.
Learn the Business
– Get cross-trained in multiple departments while gaining valuable equipment knowledge.
Keep Things Running Smoothly
– Help with rental agreements, work orders, billing, and other essential admin tasks.
Be the Connector
– Work with our teams to keep communication flowing between departments.
Grow & Improve
– Participate in training and share ideas to make our processes even better.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Brings organization and attention to detail to every task.
Is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges every day.
Has a background in customer service or admin work (bonus if you’ve worked with equipment before – but not required!).
