Job Description
MaineGeneral is seeking a Clinical Support team member to assist with daily operations in our WIC program. This role supports clients and staff by:
- Explaining the WIC program and assisting with eligibility and enrollment
- Scheduling and updating client appointments
- Managing client records, paperwork, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality
- Supporting clinic flow, answering calls, and providing customer service
- Assisting with clerical duties including supplies, mail, and general office upkeep
- Promoting a welcoming and supportive clinic environment, including breastfeeding support
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinic setting
- No certification required; training provided
