Inventory Analyst
to bring expertise, precision, and strategic insight to our Purchasing team.
In this role, you'll manage complex inventory across thousands of SKUs, optimize replenishment processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products are available when and where they're needed. What You'll Do
Manage a diversified vendor base across multiple categories, including dropship SKUs. Prepare, finalize, and monitor replenishment forecasts and purchases for up to 15,000 inventory SKUs. Review and resolve daily exceptions (forecast errors, shipment delays, low stock, stockouts). Establish and maintain business rules including order cycles, lead times, safety stock, and vendor data. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align product demand, trends, and promotional needs with inventory strategies. Analyze inventory performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Lead projects and deliver analysis to support strategic decision-making at the Director level. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven success managing complex inventory and replenishment processes. Experience with replenishment software and advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, modeling). Experience with high-volume SKUs subject to trends, seasonal fluctuations, and non-case distribution. Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence across departments. Work Schedule
