Pay rate range - $60/hr to $65/hr. on W2 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and software to control and monitor environmental chambers for satellite hardware. • Develop and implement test automation frameworks for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testbeds • Integrate software with test equipment to execute automated test sequences, monitor hardware responses, and log detailed results. • Analyze test data, investigate root causes of failures, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with hardware, software, systems, and QA teams. • Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure comprehensive coverage of hardware validation needs. • Enhance test infrastructure, drive process improvements, and contribute to quality assurance best practices. • Good understanding of: Satellite / Wireless communications, Industrial control systems, Aerospace or instrumentation engineering • Understanding of related systems: o Vector Signal Analyzers (VSA) / Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) / Vector Signal Generators (VSG) o Satellite Channel Emulators o Anechoic chamber control systems

Basic Qualifications • Professional experience in software development for test automation or hardware/software integration • Experience with programming languages such as C++, LabView, Python, Rust. [MUST] • Experience building, deploying, or maintaining test automation frameworks, especially for hardware validation. • Familiarity with using laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, environmental chambers) in automated test setups. • Experience working in teams on multidisciplinary hardware and software systems.
