13-week contract (Start: 8/25/2025, End: 11/24/2025) Shift:
12-hour nights (6:45pm - 7:15am), every other weekend required Hours per Week:
36 Estimated Weekly Pay:
$1880 - $2020 per week Call Requirements:
Two 12-hour call shifts every 6 weeks (one must be a weekend shift) Patient Ratio:
1:1 or 1:2 based on acuity Unit Size:
13 beds Scrub Color:
Navy Blue EMR Systems:
CPN (GE) and Cerner Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Georgia or compact state Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience At least 1 completed travel nursing assignment in Labor & Delivery BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required Experience with CPN and Cerner electronic medical records preferred Must be available to work July 4th if assignment overlaps Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities
Monitor and assist laboring patients throughout antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases Communicate effectively with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Circulate in the operating room for cesarean sections Triage patients 20 weeks gestation and above Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training Delegate patient care tasks and supervise assigned healthcare personnel Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in delivering safe patient care
