CES/AWS is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator for our quality solutions client in Greer, SC
Location: Greer, SC
Shift: Day Shift
Temp to Hire
Pay rate: $20 per hour
Job Overview:
Schedules/staffs qualified people for positions that will ensure the success of missions. Develop and maintain business relationships with hiring partners in assigned areas Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring agencies and community organizations to build a pipeline of qualified talent Develop and maintain business relationships with staffing and recruiting partners Conduct local market research on wages and hiring trends Support and contribute to company quality policies and QMS Coordinate recruiting and staffing for containment and sorting activities Ensure all staffing requests are filled timely and accurately Support operations with training, onboarding, and policy education Maintain a high standard of customer service and responsiveness Track staff availability and qualifications to meet mission needs Prepare and distribute daily staffing summaries Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and documentation Input and maintain staffing data in company portals Generate and update HR/recruiting reports as needed Upload required new hire documentation Qualifications:
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook) 1+ years in HR or recruiting; experience in manufacturing or automotive preferred Confident interviewer and relationship builder 2-Year degree in Marketing, Business, or HR is a plus (not required)
