Shift Requirement

The hours for this position are from 7am - 5pm, 9am - 7pm or 11am - 9pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.

• Pay Range: $24-$26 hourly
• Starting Pay: $24/hr
• At 3 Months: $24.50/hr
• At 6 Months: $25/hr

In your first year, you can progress from $24/hr to $26/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days. Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location, potentially unlocking even greater earnings.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers\' doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required; training provided)
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure safe operation
• Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in our customer tracking system
• Drive safely with a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana\'s CMV Driver Qualification policy
• Notary: obtain a Notary within the first 90 days where required; state-specific requirements may apply
• Navigate state DMV/title and registration systems as required
• Licensing: Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, Missouri require a Chauffeur\'s license or equivalent within two weeks; California requires a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days

General Qualifications & Requirements

• Physically capable of detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in varied conditions
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Physical movement including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; driving requires good visual acuity
