Velvet Taco is a chef-driven, fast-casual concept with a focus on fresh ingredients and a unique, world-inspired taco menu. Velvet Taco is seeking a Restaurant Manager with hospitality and scratch kitchen experience to join the team and contribute to a strong, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations at the assigned location.
• Ensures effective restaurant operations, maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards.
• Supports team members with training, development, and recognition in line with an employer-of-choice mindset.
• Promotes and supports delivering a five-star guest experience.

Qualifications

• Talented Restaurant Manager with Hospitality and Scratch Kitchen Experience.

Base pay and benefits

• Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
• Bonus: up to 10% bonus potential paid quarterly
• 10% of base salary performance bonus paid quarterly
