Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

NOW HIRING RESTAURANT MANAGERS – As a restaurant leader, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times. You should be familiar with restaurant operations and have an understanding of what makes great customer service. You should be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. You will help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Aloha or Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus

Start at $55k to $60k per year, based on experience.
