Full-Time Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday (Off every other Friday) About Us: We are a small but busy medical facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our team of 4–6 doctors works collaboratively to deliver high-quality healthcare in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an experienced and certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team and support both our physicians and patients. Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical support to 4–6 physicians, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Prepare exam rooms, take patient vitals, and update electronic health records (EHR).
Assist with medical procedures and treatments under physician supervision.
Administer medications and injections as directed.
Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic lab tests.
Manage patient communication, including follow-up calls and instructions.
Handle documentation, charting, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Support physicians with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Requirements: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (required).
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical office or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
