JOB SUMMARY
To provide instructional and supervisory support to students. The
Full Year Permanent Building Substitute
is a full-time full year position that mains purposes is to fill in for educational or instructional position with the school as needed by the building administration. This positions is an integral part of the successful day-to-day operations of building and support the entire school community.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Fill in as a classroom teacher, educational assistant or support personnel with the school building as assigned by the building principal Support the school, staff and students Be a positive and collaborative member of the school community Flexibility and patience are key to success in this role QUALIFICATIONS:
High School degree required, Bachelors preferred Teaching degree preferred Recent experience working with school-age children Alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable Other requirements as deemed necessary by the Superintendent of Schools
REPORTS TO: building Principal/Assistant Principal
SUPERVISES: Not Applicable
WORK YEAR: 180 days
COMPENSATION: $165 per day plus 5 paid days off
