Compensation: Pay Range: $160,000-$200,000 Per Year

Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive neurological assessments, diagnosis, and management of patients with acute and chronic neurological conditions. • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to create individualized treatment plans. • Conduct follow-up visits to monitor treatment effectiveness, medication adherence, and patient progress. • Educate patients and families on condition management, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (EEGs, MRIs, CT scans, lab work) as appropriate. • Refer patients to higher levels of care or specialty services when clinically indicated. • Document all encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance with FQHC and regulatory standards. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to team-based care approaches. • Provide culturally competent and trauma-informed care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications: • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification in the State of [Insert State]. • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a focus in Adult, Family, or Neurology practice. • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (Neurology experience strongly preferred; new graduates with relevant rotations will be considered). • DEA registration and prescriptive authority required. BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience working in community health, FQHC, or with underserved populations strongly preferred.
