Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
PACU Registered Nurse
to join a well-established surgical services team. This role provides direct care to post-anesthesia and surgical patients using the nursing process and in accordance with best clinical standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient care including medication administration, treatment, and monitoring Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, and nourishment Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams for transfer, discharge, or referrals Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive care environment Qualifications
Prior experience in PACU or surgical services (new grads will not be considered) Active RN license in NM or a compact state Current
BLS
and
ACLS
certification (American Heart Association) PALS
or
ENPC
certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire) Perks & Benefits
