In this strategic role, you will work closely with senior leadership to bridge the gap between HR functions and business objectives. Your expertise will drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture while managing day-to-day HR operations. Duties and responsibilities: Strategic Partnership and Business Alignment:

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth. Talent Management and Development:

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent, while guiding performance management processes. Employee Relations and Engagement:

Manage employee relations matters confidentially, fostering positive relationships and engagement initiatives. Organizational Development and Change Management:

Assist with organizational effectiveness, support change initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies. HR Operations and Project Management:

Collaborate with HR units to deliver integrated support and lead HR projects focused on process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business management, administration, human resources, or a related field. 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role preferred. Certification as an HR professional (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels. Willingness to travel as required. Base Salary Range:

$120,000 to $150,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Working Conditions:
