Neonatal ICU/NICU
- 12 WEEKS 7:00A-7:00PNO ON CALL REQUIRED Call Requirements: No call requirements Weekends: Rotating Must have: 1 year Newborn or Mother-Baby experience Preferred or nice to have: Greater than 2 years experience About the unit(s): Number of Beds- 40 beds Number of Staff- approx. 40 staff with RNS and support staff Type of staff: Day Shift- 1 charge, 5 RNs, 1 unit clerk, typically 7 staff during the week M-F, 5-6 on weekends. Night Shift- 1 charge, 4 RNs, typically 5 staff during the week M-F, 4 on weekends Patient Ratios: 1:5, 1:6 EMR: CPN and Meditech List typical procedures performed on unit(s): circumcisions Best personality Fit: Multi-tasker, can move at fast pace, can change directions quickly Team orientated unit- team player is a must Dress Code: Navy blue.
