What You'll Do:

• Assist lead technicians in thediagnosis, repair, and installation ofdock doors, overhead doors, and industrial door systems.
• Perform routineinspections and supporttroubleshooting efforts.
• Maintain the highestsafety standards, consistently utilizingPersonal Protection Equipment (PPE) andsteel-toed boots.
• Uphold a reputation forprofessionalism and exceptional service on all job sites.
• Engage in physically demanding work, includingbending for extended periods andlifting up to 50 lbs.
• Travel to various job sites, withtravel expenses paid by the company.

What You'll Bring:

• At least1 year of experience inmaintenance, welding, electrical work, or other transferable skilled trades.
• Basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn advanced techniques.
• A strong commitment tosafety protocols and operational excellence.
• Ability to perform thephysical demands required for the role.
• Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
• A desire to grow into aForeman/Lead role with comprehensive training.
