Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Organize and restock instruments, trays, and treatment rooms.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with preparing operatories for patient care by ensuring instruments and supplies are ready.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental office with knowledge of OSHA compliance and infection control protocols.
- Experience with sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support dental assistants, hygienists, and providers.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and patient management software.
