Production Assistant (Temporary) role at Warner Bros. Discovery (Bleacher Report). This entry-level position supports the live production team and the development of short-form content across digital and social platforms.
Bleacher Report is seeking a sports-obsessed Production Assistant to be a hands-on member of our dynamic live production team. The role supports hundreds of live shows each month, including creator-led streams, athlete-hosted video podcasts, and on-site coverage at major events.
In addition to live production, this role contributes to the development and production of short-form content across digital and social platforms to extend reach and impact.
This position involves pre-production, live show operations, and post-production tasks such as editing, content review, and quality control. It is ideal for a hardworking, collaborative individual eager to start a career in digital storytelling and sports production with a passion for both long-form and bite-sized content that connects with fans.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Provide pre- and post-production support for all BR live productions
- Ideate around topical storylines in sports to help determine content for live shows and short-form content
- Video edit highlight packages and short-form content for digital and social platforms
- Use Photoshop light-design work for live streams and short-form content
Qualifications & Experiences
- Strong contextual sports knowledge
- Fundamental production skills
- Proficient video editing (Adobe Premiere)
- Great attention to detail and creative mindset
- Strong communication skills — calls, email, Slack
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment with quick turnarounds

In compliance with local law, we disclose compensation ranges where legally required. Actual salaries vary based on factors including market data, location, skill, experience, and performance. Base pay is one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 per year. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid holidays, sick time and vacation.
