Overview

Administrative Assistant (Production) at Groundworks. Location: Twinsburg, OH. This role supports customer service workflow, production, and service technician interaction and handles administrative needs in a busy customer service-based environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for timekeeping
• Create weekly job packs
• Create and close purchase orders
• Ensure office equipment is in working order, including scheduling maintenance
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and service
• Set and confirm install dates
• Mail customer information packets
• Follow up with customers on a variety of issues
• Update customer records for accuracy

Qualifications

• High School Degree/GED
• 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Previous call center or customer service preferred
• Positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
• Excellent computer skills
• Great oral and verbal communication
