Day In The Life

As a Production Assistant at Monster Energy, you\u2019ll be at the heart of our dynamic manufacturing processes, supercharging efficiency and ensuring our production operations run like a finely tuned engine. You\u2019ll support the daily operations with the energy and precision Monster is known for, strictly adhering to safety standards while playing a pivotal role in driving the success of our legendary products. The Impact You\u2019ll Make

  • Provide administrative support for the department. Activities include a variety duties such as: calendar maintenance, scheduling, departmental reporting, presentation review, preparation, meeting coordination, catering, maintain office supplies, incoming, outgoing mail, etc.
  • Facilitate and assist department members in reviewing and collecting documentation necessary to ensure compliance of all production protocols. Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
  • Database management: data input, database updates and maintenance. Send the daily and weekly schedule. Communicate any schedule changes.
  • Complying with safety and quality regulations at all times. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in the field of Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role in food, beverage industry
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in production, warehouse environment
  • Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office preferred
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: This role demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and facilitating smooth workflow.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated salary of $17.00 -$19.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
