Assistant Managers play a vital role in ensuring every guest is fully satisfied with our doughnuts and overall experience. You will support and motivate team members, helping them reach their full potential. This position also offers a path to develop business skills with the goal of becoming a General Manager!

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Model exceptional customer service, handle difficult situations professionally, maintain product quality, and ensure shop organization.
  • Sales: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet sales goals through various initiatives like Hot Light times and fundraising.
  • Production/Equipment: Maximize efficiency in doughnut production, oversee quality control, and maintain equipment.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Keep the shop clean and safe, prioritizing cleanliness and safety standards.
  • People: Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff while demonstrating leadership.
  • Accounting: Support budget management, sales reporting, and financial documentation.
  • Physical Activity: Be prepared to lift up to 75 pounds, decorate and pack doughnuts, and perform cleaning duties. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, experience in sales and customer service, leadership skills, good communication, friendly attitude, and some college experience preferred.
