They provide training for customer service representatives to ensure you’ll perform the job efficiently and correctly. No previous experience is required to become a Precision Door Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will act as a liaison, provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. CSRs are patient, empathetic, and passionate communicators who enjoy helping customers and advocating for them when needed. Problem-solving and troubleshooting are natural strengths for our CSRs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
• Advise on company information
• Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper service delivery
• Read from scripts
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email

Qualifications

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a drug screening and a background check

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
