Career Group is hiring: Recruiting Coordinator in Los Angeles

Location: Hollywood, CA

Pay: $40/hr

Duration: 3 months coverage

Our client, a leading entertainment provider, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Human Resources team to play a critical role in delivering a seamless and high-touch candidate experience, supporting efforts to build world-class teams across dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics with attention to detail and efficiency
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Communicate clearly and timely with all stakeholders, including internal teams and candidates
• Adapt quickly to changes in scheduling, volume, and hiring priorities without compromising quality
• Identify and troubleshoot logistical challenges, providing creative and effective solutions
• Collaborate across teams to uphold and enhance the candidate experience while meeting business objectives
• Maintain data integrity and process consistency across scheduling tools and systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a talent coordination or recruiting operations role, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Proactive and self-directed with a high degree of accountability
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools is a plus
• Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and internal teams
