Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, hiring candidates through the ATS, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Process data forms for corporate hires and submit to HRIS for processing.
- Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions to internal and external job boards for the Recruiters.
- Assist with offer letters for Field, Shop/Aerospace, Data Solutions, & Corporate positions.
- Provide support for onboarding materials needed for Corporate and General Managers & above positions.
- Process background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements for corporate employees.
- Partner with recruiters to identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting and project support.
- Support Recruiters for social media advertising and sourcing (e.g., Facebook).
Minimum Requirements
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
