We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Corporate Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts across all corporate functions. The Director of Recruiting will maintain a full requisition load while also developing their team, prioritizing diverse hiring practices throughout the business and thoughtfully engaging with senior leaders on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of hiring strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent aligned with our business goals and values. You are a collaborative leader with a strong understanding of talent market trends, recruitment operations and employer branding. You have the ability to pipeline mid-to senior level talent proactively.

You Have These

  • 7+ years' recruiting experience; including 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record to design and drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for corporate roles (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR and Business Affairs)
  • Expertise in recruitment strategy, talent market trends, and building diverse candidate pipelines proactively
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
  • Effective in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators
  • Ability to utilize data to create reports, make decisions and tell a story
  • Experience building trusted partnerships with cross functional senior leadership and partnering effectively with HR Business partners
We'd Love If You Also Have These:
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate (CRM) databases
  • You are responsive, driven, and agile with terrific communication skills to manage expectations
  • Knowledge of candidate selection methods and sourcing tools
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates and fill open positions for WME Group corporate functions across multiple US locations
  • Partner with HRBPs to identify their recruiting needs and engage with hiring managers promptly to activate searches
  • Balance and prioritize multiple concurrent searches of varying seniority and functions
  • Own recruiting operations for designated searches spanning, but not limited to, opening / closing job postings, validating job descriptions with HRBPs
  • Lead recruiting strategy for industry-specific events and leveraging internal/external networks, tools, job boards to source top talent
  • Create reports for HR and senior leadership that will help notify on recruiting activity
  • Experience with Workday a plus


Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:
$127,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
$170,000 annually
