Position Specifics

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in aviation
  • Track record of success leading, mentoring, or training recruiting staff
  • Experience executing recruiting programs (e.g., pipeline development, school partnerships, volume recruiting events, marketing/social initiatives)
  • Strong relationship-building across stakeholders; customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of behavioral and/or investigative interviewing techniques
  • Creative sourcing to build talent pipelines
  • Exposure to legal and compliance aspects of Recruiting/HR
  • Extensive knowledge of social networking platforms, online communities, conferences, and sourcing channels
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and virtual recruiting tools; proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment and meet deadlines in a fast-growth environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor
  • English proficiency (read/write/speak)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • BS/BA degree
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably as a servant leader
  • Experience recruiting in high-volume environments
  • Experience recruiting consultative sales

Additional Information

Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition/ Pilot Recruiting.

Authorities: None.

Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.

Work Environment: Professional office environment with standard office equipment.

Physical Demands: Sedentary role with some standing, walking, stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Security Clearance: Fingerprint-based CHRC and pre-employment drug screen required.
