We are seeking a detail-oriented

Customs Brokerage Administrator

to support the preparation and submission of accurate U.S. Customs documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable import regulations.

Pay Rate: $25.00

Contract Type: 6 Month Contract

Work Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit U.S. Customs declarations, including CBP Forms 3461 and 7501.

Calculate applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, and fees.

Maintain accurate and compliant records of all U.S. Customs transactions.

Conduct audits of product classifications and import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with Trade Compliance and Logistics teams at Juarez manufacturing facilities to track entry statuses, review documentation, and gather necessary information.

Provide administrative support to the Customshouse Broker to ensure organization-wide compliance with customs and international trade regulations.

Assist with timely and accurate data entry.

Qualifications:

Bilingual - English and Spanish (required)

Familiarity with

Editrade software

(preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with data entry and documentation

Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and international trade compliance is a plus

2+ Years Experience

Bachelors Degree preferred

Pay Details:

$25.00 per hour
