Your Role Craft Tailored Rehabilitation Plans: Assess clients' unique requirements and establish personalized therapy approaches to support their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and inclusive care. Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their caregivers on therapy strategies to ensure progress continues at home. Document and Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatments as necessary to keep patients focused on their goals. Required Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Encouraged participation in continuing education or post-graduate certifications. Licenses and Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Core Competencies
