Market Research Intern - Carmel, IN

As a Market Research Intern, you'll be an essential part of our team, working side-by-side with experienced professionals in Market Research and Industrial Design.
You'll get hands-on experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, supporting real "voice of the customer" projects that influence innovation and business strategy.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute customer research projects
Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to gather valuable customer insights
Assist with data analysis and help turn research findings into actionable recommendations
Learn about the latest tools and techniques in market research and industrial design
What You Need to Succeed:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, market research, economics, psychology, sociology, or other business or social science fields
Able to work independently and as a team player
High effective communicator (both written and verbal)
Exhibits professionalism and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and innate curiosity
Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with statistics (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
Working knowledge of and interest in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
