PERKS: SET SCHEDULE (Monday through Friday - no weekends!) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM NEXT DAY PAY
through Dayforce Wallet Mobile App $18.00/hr West Ashley area of Charleston, SC The primary responsibility for the
GROUNDS CUSTODIAN
would be to monitor the grounds on the outside of the building.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
Inspecting grounds to make sure they are debris and trash free Removing trash from the grounds driving a small utility vehicle called a "Gator" Using power equipment such as blowers and wet vacs to clean up areas Cleaning off tables and chairs after outdoor meal periods Removing any waste from sidewalks and breezeways Sweeping and removing cobwebs from outdoor areas around windows and doors REQUIREMENTS!!!
A knowledge of small power equipment is a MUST to be successful in this role Must feel comfortable driving a small utility vehicle Valid drivers license and good driving record Must be able to pass a State background check Lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, push, and pull STOP SCROLLING!
