KPMG is seeking a Manager, Workday HCM for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications
• Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries
• Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Supervise and performance manage staff on assigned engagements
• Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of ERP, HCM implementation and upgrade experience
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation with Workday certification in Recruiting or Talent; if not currently certified, must obtain within three months of employment
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with ability to write at publication quality level
• Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
• Willingness to travel as required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
