This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the CIB's shipping & receiving and parts inventory, ensuring efficient operations and accurate records.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage inventory by stocking, tracking, and maintaining accurate records Managing the workflow of materials including shipment receipts, purchase orders, and invoices Assisting in purchasing decisions, forecasting future inventory needs, and updates with Purchasing Coordinator Implement & maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels & minimize waste Compile inventory reports & communicating with management on inventory status and performance Manage shipping and receiving of all outgoing and incoming packages Execute loss prevention programs to prevent theft Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Administration Manager
