IAM DevOps Support and Operations Lead-Onsite -5
Job Summary -
4+ years in supporting IAM devops environments for custom built IAM apps and APIs, SailPoint and Entra ID, 4+ years in devops support and operations
Tools:
• SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint APIs
• Entra ID / Azure AD, Entra ID Governance, Entra ID SSO, Entra ID MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Entra ID CIAM, Entra ID Apis
• AWS, Azure Cloud, IaaC, DevOps, CI/CD Tools, Kubernetes
• SAML, OIDC, OAuth, ADFS, JWT, REST APIs
• AD, LDAP, Directories and Databases
• Networking, DNS
• ServiceNow ITSM, Jira
Skills:
• 4+ years in IAM Devops Operations covering
o SailPoint IIQ, Custom Frontend/Applications/REST API Services using SailPoint APIs
o Entra ID Governance, SSO, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), CIAM, Custom Frontend/Applications/REST API Services using Entra ID APIs
o SAML, OIDC, OAuth, ADFS, JWT, REST APIs
o IaC, DevOps, CI/CD Tools, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure Cloud, TLS Certificates, Secrets Managers, Key Vaults
o JML Provisioning/Deprovisioning
o Recertification
o RBAC
o Application Integrations
• In depth understanding of SailPoint IIQ and Microsoft Entra ID components, services and dependencies
• Good Experience with Entra ID and SailPoint IIQ operations and troubleshooting
• Good Experience with devops, Kubernetes operations, Cloud platform operations, Load balancer (HAProxy), HA/DR
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance, Joint-Mover-Leaver, Recertification, RBAC, SSO, MFA processes in IAM domain
• Identify and plan automation for manual activities in operations and work with automation and AI team to automate it
• Work with Power BI team to build and deploy dashboards for observability
• Familiarity with ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, TLS and other protocols
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira workflows
• In-depth knowledge and experience of application integrations with Entra ID and SailPoint IIQ for IGA, SSO, MFA, Authentication, Identity management
• Rich experience in working with application, pod and api monitoring and ing tools
• Good knowledge and experience working with Azure APIs, SailPoint IIQ APIs, REST APIs, SDKs, Directories, Databases, SQL, PowerShell Scripting
• Should be methodical with attention to details
• Skilled in coordinating and communicating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders
• Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks and effectivley communicating and managing them
• Excellent communication skills with team leadership ability
• Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines
