We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate

Dental Assistant

to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support dental providers during procedures, and ensure a safe, hygienic clinical environment. This role offers hands-on clinical responsibilities, opportunities for growth, and requires strong communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by following established protocols. Welcome, comfort, seat, and drape patients for dental procedures. Assist chairside during procedures, including instrument sterilization, delivery, and suctioning. Prepare, mix, and place dental materials as needed. Perform radiographs, pour and trim study casts, and polish casts. Fabricate temporary restorations and clean/polish removable appliances. Assist with dental/medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification and emergency readiness. Provide patient education on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-treatment instructions. Accurately chart and document dental care services. Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a safe, hygienic environment. Use dental resources responsibly and efficiently. Participate in continuing professional development and team activities. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Education Completion of an

accredited Dental Assistant program , OR Minimum of

1 year of hands-on Dental Assistant experience . Certifications & Licensure CPR certification

(required) X-ray certification

(required) Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
