What You'll Do
Build ML models to predict campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies Create automated data pipelines integrating diverse marketing data sources Design interactive dashboards visualizing ML insights for stakeholders Research cutting-edge AI approaches for marketing challenges Collaborate cross-functionally to identify ML applications in marketing workflows What We Need
Technical Skills:
Strong ML foundation (supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP) Python proficiency with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Data preprocessing and feature engineering experience SQL and database knowledge Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, ROAS, CPM) Ability to translate ML insights into actionable marketing recommendations Soft Skills:
Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated with strong project management abilities Problem-solving mindset for data integration challenges Qualifications
