Our client is looking for a qualified
PC Lifecycle Technician
to join the team
onsite
in Niskayuna, NY and provide support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the assets onsite for the customer Responsible for imaging, deploying, maintaining, and wiping Provide back-up desktop support when needed in a backup capacity for Hardware and Software support Provide end-user support Able to work in ServiceNow Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5+ years of related experience and training with assets and desktop support Ability to deliver great customer experience and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction Experience imaging computers Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations Strong communication skills Must possess a positive attitude Deskside support and customer service experience CompTIA A+ is a plus not required Manufacturing experience is a plus
Wage Range : The hourly rate for this position is between
$20.25 - $29.70 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
