Industrial Electrical Estimator/Project Manager

to join their team in Fort Myers, FL. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity focused on overseeing complex industrial electrical projects while also managing accurate project estimating. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, solid project management experience, and a business-minded approach. Our client is seeking someone with a deep understanding of electrical systems and project delivery in heavy industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, and water treatment facilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in wastewater or water treatment.. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at leading teams and driving results. Industrial Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage electrical projects for water/wastewater treatment plants • Manage all phases of industrial electrical projects from bid to closeout • Develop accurate estimates for large-scale projects using Accubid or equivalent software • Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation activities • Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors for efficient execution • Monitor and report on project costs, schedules, and financial performance • Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders effectively • Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders with technical accuracy • Conduct site visits, safety briefings, and ensure adherence to OSHA standards • Drive value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving strategies • Participate in project meetings and lead pre-construction activities • Collaborate with team on continuous improvement and project wins

Industrial Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Qualifications

• 9+ years of combined electrical estimating & project management experience required • Experience with water/wastewater treatment projects required • Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, power distribution, switchgear required • Familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems and industrial controls required • Estimating software experience required • MS Projects or similar project management software experience required
