Provide skilled nursing care and performs related nursing services:
Provide professional nursing care to clients;
Document patient care and/or services;
Protect patients and employees and assure quality of care;

Qualifications
Requires current licensure as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Ohio Revised Code.
