A top-tier manufacturer is on the hunt for a Manufacturing Engineer ready to roll up their sleeves and rethink how production gets done. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, forward-focused team where your ideas are valued, and your work shapes what comes next.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Turn complex processes into streamlined SOPs

• Approve the drawings and specs that bring products to life

• Design smarter tools and source the right equipment

• Troubleshoot bottlenecks with calm and creativity

• Lead hands-on training that actually sticks

• Build and iterate on proto@types that push boundaries

The Right Fit Has:

• A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering

• 3–5 years in the manufacturing trenches

• An eye for process improvement and a mind for problem-solving

• Familiarity with MRP systems (extra points)

• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, or coatings (bonus!)
