ManTech is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Enterprise recruiting organization. This position will be hybrid in nature, requiring you to be onsite at ManTech Corporate Headquarters in Hanover, MD at least 2 days a week, while also allowing you to enjoy the benefits of working from home.
As a member of the Enterprise Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will lead your teams' recruiting activities focused on experienced professional hiring. Additionally, you will collaborate with all Sectors business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent focused on delivering solutions to support our strategic priorities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop and manage a team of 5-10 talent acquisition professionals to support the Enterprise hiring needs
Develop recruiting best practices, hiring plans, and strategies to attract active and passive job seekers
Utilize ManTech People Analytics tools to determine and report on the status of applicant pipelines and to prioritize Recruiter areas of focus
Train and develop your team on current and future sourcing best practices and strategies
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and promote the ManTech employment brand throughout the recruitment process
Create and execute career development plans for your team members
Consult with Division Managers and their leadership teams to understand their talent acquisition needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals
Support strategic business development opportunities by developing tailored talent acquisition strategies
Ensure that the WorkDay applicant tracking system is maintained and applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned in a timely manner, in accordance with OFCCP guidelines
Review and approve all requisitions and offer letters ensuring accuracy and relevance of all position characteristics and ManTech value proposition
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen
10 or more years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience supporting the intelligence sectors, both domestic and international
5 or more years of experience managing and mentoring a team of talent acquisition professionals
Requires a bachelor's degree. 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of full life cycle recruiting to include, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and relationship management
Current TS/SCI clearance with favorable poly
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to analyze complex data sets to develop and communicate narratives and action plans to your team and sector stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate presentations in front of an audience
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work well under tight deadlines\
Demonstrated ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc)
