Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and develop manufacturing processes with a focus on aftermarket production. The role involves creating new processes or modifying existing ones to address specific challenges in this area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring economical production, repair, and overhaul through close collaboration with MRO plant and production departments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for products, focusing on aftermarket production.
• Develop procedures for economical production, repair, and overhaul.
• Collaborate closely with MRO plant and production departments.
• Conduct tests and measurements during various stages of production.
• Monitor and control applicable variables to ensure process stability and product quality.
• Service, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing production processes or equipment.
• Address problems related to electrical, hydraulic, electronic controls, and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain testing equipment, including electrical systems, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, and software-based systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering for ABET accredited university.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining testing equipment.
• Process improvement skills.
• Testing experience.
• Proficiency in CAD modeling.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, electronic controls, and software systems.
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a collaborative environment where you will engage with various departments to enhance production efficiency. The position requires interaction with advanced technologies, including electrical systems, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, and software-based systems. The work setting is dynamic, with an emphasis on quality control and process improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.50 - $36.50 / hr.
