Social Work LCSW The LCSW Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing clinical supervision and mentorship to Master of Social Work (MSW) staff pursuing clinical licensure (LCSW). This position ensures adherence to Board of Social Work licensure standards while fostering high-quality, ethical, and trauma-informed clinical practices within our organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver structured individual and group clinical supervision hours as mandated for LCSW licensure. Review and monitor clinical documentation and casework of supervisees, providing constructive feedback to aid in their professional growth. Ensure compliance with state licensure regulations and uphold ethical standards. Assist in assessing clinical competencies and identifying training needs. Maintain comprehensive records of supervision hours and topics discussed. Collaborate with leadership to promote quality clinical care delivery. Act as a clinical resource and mentor, exemplifying best practices in client engagement and case management. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program. Current, unrestricted LCSW license in the applicable state. Approved by the State Board of Social Work to provide clinical supervision. A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in healthcare, aging services, behavioral health, or community-based environments. Experience in providing clinical supervision or mentoring MSWs is strongly preferred. PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: All Employees - Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and meet the minimum state required liability auto insurance. Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations current before engaging in direct participant contact. Pass a thorough criminal background check which may include federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference checks, and a drug screening.
