Lift Maintenance Technician with Sign-on Bonus

Position Summary: As a Lift Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our lifts. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on our lift equipment throughout the year. This full-time, year-round position offers competitive pay between $19-$35/hour based on experience, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus—$1,000 after the first 6 months and another $1,000 after 12 months. Responsibilities: Maintain and repair various lift equipment, including conveyors and high-speed detachable quads. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections during the winter season, responding promptly to lift breakdowns. Perform thorough inspections of lift components, tower work, and grip and chair maintenance during the summer season. Work with hydraulic systems, braking systems, rigging, and engines up to 900 Hp, as well as low voltage safety circuits. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of mechanical or electrical experience is required. Experience with detachable lifts is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures is essential. Ability to climb and work at significant heights and in all weather conditions. Physical capability to lift and carry loads of up to 100 pounds. A valid driver's license is necessary.
