We are seeking dedicated Regional Truck Drivers with a CDL A license who want to be home every weekend! As a driver with our company, you’ll be part of a brand recognized as the most popular sausage brand in the United States, available in over 45 countries. We uphold the values and work ethic established by our founding family in their butcher shop, and due to our continued growth, we welcome applications for this rewarding role.
Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $95,000 to $100,000+, including:
Activity-based pay: mileage, per diem, stop pay, etc.
Speed/safety bonus per mile
Monthly profit-sharing bonus
Average 2300 miles per week
Hourly PTO pay based on tenure, $35-$50/hour
Typical work week of 50-55 hours
Bi-weekly paychecks

Start times usually range between 5 am - 1 pm Plan your own route and breaks, with mostly pre-scheduled appointments Uniforms provided at no cost Diverse delivery methods including dock deliveries and drop & hook Flexible unloading options for additional income Park truck at designated Drop Lot or at your residence Open to flexible work schedule adjustments Key Responsibilities: Drive CDL trucks carefully to designated locations Deliver exceptional customer service Perform vehicle mechanical checks and report issues Back in and out of docks with precision Requirements: 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience or 100,000 miles OTR/Regional 1 year of OTR and reefer experience highly preferred Current DOT Medical Card; must pass a pre-employment drug and background check Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement Excellent physical condition, able to lift 65 pounds unassisted Ability to adapt to various work environments and conditions Legally eligible to work in the U.S. Ready to take the wheel on a fulfilling career?
