Job Description
We are seeking a few skilled and dynamic Analytics Consultants with over 4 years of experience in data analytics. The ideal candidate will bring Intermediate - Advanced technical skillset in Python, Advanced SQL, and statistical analysis, alongside the ability to deal with and summarize findings on disparate unstructured data from varied sources.
The candidate should have experience in the field of Entity Resolution/ Matching experience (De-duplication, Fuzzy matching, Record linkage etc.). You will play a pivotal role in deriving insights/inferences and finding anomalies/outliers in the data etc. This position requires a strong ability to present/summarize complex analysis to key business stakeholders (Excel/PPT based etc).
Responsibilities
Perform deep dive analysis of existing commercial database to identify gaps in Vendor ingestion, data quality, matching and entity resolution. Develop enhancements to Matching and BER logic. Develop ROI based framework to evaluate new vendor data and create robust arbitration logic for existing 3rd party sources. Use SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to provide actionable insights from various data sources. Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and executives, distilling complex data into clear and actionable recommendations. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. 4+ years of work experience in data science, or a similar data-driven role. 3rd Party B2B Data Experience (Use of D&B, CapIQ, Equifax, etc. in past role) preferred Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, NumPy) Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets. Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for sharing insights. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable marketing insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
