Highlands Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking a caring and dependable Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our nursing team. This position is ideal for nurses who want a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
This position is working Monday - Friday.
Job Requirements:
Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care Job Responsibilities May Include:
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed Participate in audits and inspections as needed Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues Why Choose Highlands Health and Rehab?
