you will provide specialized care to patients with cardiac medical conditions, ensuring high standards of nursing care and patient safety.

Job specification
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and cardiac telemetry readings. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educating patients and their families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care practices. Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintaining accurate and complete patient records and reports. Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Candidate requirements
Valid RN license in Washington. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. A Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac medical nursing. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 90 days of hire is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care assignments in a fast-paced environment.
