The Job

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be part of our Fort Mill team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:

• Perform RDT (Radio Data Transmitter) and physical counts of inventory
• Perform root cause analysis where discrepancies are detected
• Comply with all work instructions as determined by ISO standards
• Load and unload products from trailers
• Put away products in designated locations
• Assist in other areas of the distribution center as directed
• Other duties as assigned

The Person

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of the Distribution Center layout is preferred
• Certification to or ability to obtain certification to drive forklifts, order pickers, and turret-powered industrial trucks
• Proven ability to operate lifts safely
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• RDT (Radio Data Transmitter) experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds independently
